The nose opens with roasted malt and dark chocolate, followed by pronounced coffee notes with cocoa undertones. A subtle sweetness from the grain bed emerges in the background, while the alcohol warmth sits gently at 8.5% ABV without being intrusive. These scents layer harmoniously without sharp edges or oxidation.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is full and creamy with roasted grain character dominating the palate. Dark chocolate and coffee flavors develop through the mid-palate, supported by a rich malt sweetness that balances moderate bitterness. The texture remains smooth and velvety despite 65 IBU, with dark fruit notes adding subtle complexity without harsh edges.

The finish is long and warming, with lingering chocolate and coffee notes fading into subtle roasted grain dryness. A gentle alcohol warmth persists without burning, leaving the palate satisfied rather than fatigued.
