The Menep pours an opaque rusty orange, characteristic of a hazy IPA brewed with deliberate cloudiness from suspension of yeast and proteins. The head is dense and persistent, clinging to the glass with fine lacing as you drink. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, supporting the full body without aggressive fizz.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe tropical fruit—mango and guava dominate, backed by bright citrus notes of orange and grapefruit. A soft stone fruit character, particularly peach, rounds out the top notes. Noble hops contribute a clean herbal frame without overshadowing the fruit-forward profile.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is full and creamy, delivering concentrated tropical and citrus flavors that echo the aroma. Mid-palate sustains the peach and orange notes while the 90 IBU begins to assert itself as a resinous bitterness. The finish pivots toward pine resin and grapefruit pith, with a lingering fruity-bitter character that defines the style.

The finish is dry and moderately long, with resinous hop character persisting alongside fading citrus and stone fruit notes. A gentle astringency from the elevated bitterness lingers without harshness.
