Pours a hazy golden yellow with visible yeast in suspension, creating a soft, slightly turbid body. The head is modest but stable, with gentle lacing that reflects the beer's unfiltered nature. Carbonation is moderate and even, appropriate to the Kellerbier style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with fresh bread and cereal malt notes, supported by a faint but present yeasty character from the suspended culture. Herbal and grassy hop aromatics emerge in the mid-nose, subtle yet distinct, with no sharp or aggressive qualities. The overall impression is clean and inviting, neither dominated by any single element.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and slightly creamy, carrying the bready maltiness into the palate. Mid-palate develops a noticeable herbal and grassy bitterness that builds steadily, pushing the beer toward a drier profile more akin to a Pils than a sweet cellar lager. The finish is crisp and dry, with lingering hop bitterness that cleans the palate.

The aftertaste is notably dry and bitter, with herbal hop notes persisting on the back of the tongue. The beer drinks lighter than its soft mouthfeel suggests, leaving a refreshing, clean sensation that invites another sip.
