The nose is assertive and fruit-forward, dominated by fresh sour cherry and stone-pit notes. Beneath the cherry lies a sophisticated base of toasted oak and caramel sweetness, complemented by distinctive marzipan and almond character that speaks to the beer's stone-fruit maturity.
