Forms a substantial, creamy tan head that persists with excellent retention throughout the drinking experience. Well-carbonated with a refined, slow-release bubble structure befitting a traditional Bavarian doppelbock.

Generous malt-forward nose with prominent caramel sweetness and toasted grain character. Secondary notes of dark fruit—particularly plum and raisin—intermingle with subtle nutty and bread-like undertones. A gentle alcohol warmth rounds the aromatic profile without being intrusive.

The palate delivers rich, full-bodied malt character with dominant caramel and bread notes establishing a sweet entry. Mid-palate reveals layered complexity with dark fruit and subtle roasted elements, while restrained bitterness (26 IBU) provides essential balance. The 7.5% ABV contributes perceptible warming without overwhelming the carefully layered malt profile.
