Clwb Non Alc presents a bright golden hue with a soft, hazy veil throughout the glass, characteristic of its unfiltered IPA format. A modest white head forms at the pour and settles into delicate lacing along the glass rim. Fine carbonation rises steadily, sustaining a light, effervescent presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical stone fruit—mango and pineapple dominate the front, immediately recognizable from the hop bill of Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic. Secondary notes of peach and passion fruit emerge on extended nosing, layered with a subtle floral and citrus complexity. Underlying Münich malt and oat provide a soft, grainy foundation without heavy sweetness.

Entry brings focused tropical fruit sweetness, with the Citra and Simcoe hops delivering bright pineapple and stone fruit character across the mid-palate. The 30 IBU bittering arrives measured and refined, not aggressive, allowing the passionfruit and peach notes to play against a clean, slightly oat-derived texture. Windsor yeast and the blend of Munich, torrified, and dextrin malts frame the profile with gentle body and a touch of subtle sweetness that balances the herbal dryness.
