Brilliantly clear and luminous gold, with excellent transparency and a pale straw hue that catches light beautifully. A delicate white head forms quickly and maintains fine Schaumkleiden along the glass as carbonation evolves. The beer presents the hallmark clarity of a well-fermented Kölsch, with fine, steady carbonation evident throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with delicate honey and subtle fruity esters characteristic of warm fermentation, followed by a refined spicy floral hop character from noble Edelhopfen. Soft, grainy Malz undertones support without dominating, allowing the fruity-herbal balance to breathe. The overall impression is restrained and elegant, with no harsh alcohol or solvent notes.

Entry is clean and crisp, with a light but distinct honey sweetness balanced by moderate noble hop spice and subtle floral notes. The mid-palate remains dry and refreshing, with delicate fruity complexity that suggests stone fruit or green apple without becoming assertive. Bitterness is gentle at 22 IBU, present enough to structure the beer but never harsh, allowing the subtle malt and yeast character to shine through.
