A pale golden hue with pronounced haze throughout, created by the suspension of yeast and hop particles rather than settling. The dense, creamy head forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass walls, demonstrating excellent head retention. Fine carbonation provides a gentle sparkle beneath the opaque body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus notes—grapefruit and tangerine—layered beneath a distinct tropical fruit character of mango and passion fruit. These aromatics derive from the proprietary hop blend of Idaho 7, CGX Strata, Cryo Citra, and Cryo Mosaic, which together create a complex, multi-dimensional profile. Subtle floral undertones and a soft hop resin presence round out the aromatic expression without sharp pine or herbal edges.

The palate enters juicy and luscious, with the full body carrying pronounced citrus and tropical flavors across the mid-palate. The 30 IBU bitterness is restrained and balanced, providing definition without domination, allowing the hop-derived fruit character to remain in the foreground. A creamy mouthfeel rounds each sip, supported by the beer's substantial body and the smooth character of the yeast.
