Pours a bright, light golden hue with excellent clarity. The head forms with moderate density and exhibits fine, persistent lacing that clings to the glass. Carbonation is visibly active, with a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant citrus notes of tangerine and fresh pineapple, followed by nuanced floral and herbal character from the Amarillo hop. A subtle mineral backdrop emerges beneath the fruit, along with delicate cactus blossom notes that add complexity without overwhelming the composition.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with clean citrus and stone fruit flavours that build through the mid-palate. A firm, moderately elevated bitterness provides structure and restraint, preventing the fruit from becoming cloying. The mineral edge detected on the aroma manifests subtly on the tongue, contributing to the beer's overall balance.

◑ Abgang

The finish dries cleanly with lingering citrus pith and a gentle pine resin character. The aftertaste holds moderate length, fading gradually to a crisp, refreshing conclusion.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.
