Reaktor presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright transparency. The head is persistent and fine-bubbled, leaving delicate lacing on the glass walls as the beer is consumed. High carbonation drives continuous streams of tiny bubbles, reinforcing the champagne-like visual character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with fresh Galaxy and Mosaic hop volatiles—a blend of stone fruit, citrus zest, and subtle floral notes. Background mineralité from the torrefied rice and corn adjuncts adds a clean, slightly dry grain base that prevents sweetness. No residual sugar masks or softens the hop aromatics, allowing the full expression of the double dry-hop charge.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and bone-dry, with minimal body despite the 7.3% ABV. The mid-palate shows bright hop-derived fruit and herbal notes without harshness, supported by a very low IBU (30) that preserves balance rather than delivering aggressive bitterness. Torrefied rice and corn contribute a whisper of subtle sweetness and texture, but the overall impression remains refreshingly lean and sparkling.

The finish is short to medium, clean and effervescent, with the dryness lingering gently on the palate. Hop-derived fruitiness fades quickly, leaving a mineral, slightly grainy aftertaste that invites the next sip.
