◎ Aussehen

Pale gold in color with excellent clarity and a persistent white head that clings to the glass as the beer is consumed. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, supporting a tight collar of foam that gradually recedes, leaving fine Schaumhaftung throughout the drinking experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose presents forward citrus notes—lemon zest and grapefruit pith—layered with subtle tropical fruit character that suggests passionfruit and light stone fruit. A clean, resinous hop character dominates without harsh vegetal edges, underpinned by a modest pale Malz foundation that keeps the profile bright and dry.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens crisp and clean, with citrus and subtle tropical notes carrying into the mid-palate before a firm, well-integrated bitterness takes hold. The Malz backbone is lean and supportive rather than sweet, allowing the hop bitterness to express itself with clarity and dryness through to the end of each sip.

◑ Abgang

A long, drying finish with lingering citrus and hop bitterness that carries without becoming harsh or astringent. The aftertaste remains clean and crisp, inviting another sip.
