The nose leads with noble hop character—floral and herbaceous notes with subtle citrus undertones. A mineral quality emerges from the Styrian alpine water, while the Austrian barley provides a light, delicate malt foundation. The aroma is clean and refined, with no yeast-driven esters or phenolics, allowing the Edelhopfen to shine.

The palate enters crisp and clean, with a dry malt base that avoids any sweetness. Pleasant hop bitterness develops smoothly across the mid-palate, delivering herbaceous and slightly mineral notes without aggression.
