Pale golden in color with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with visible lacing. The beer presents a bright, clean appearance that belies its modest alcohol content, with steady carbonation evident in a consistent bead.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by tropical and citrus character that develops with intensity despite the 5% ABV. Stone fruit, tangerine, and passionfruit notes emerge alongside a clean, grassy undertone from the single Mosaic hop variety, with subtle wheat grain in the background.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens crisp and dry with a light malt foundation of pilsner and wheat, delivering subtle sweetness before the hop bitterness asserts itself mid-palate. The tropical and citrus notes from the aroma carry through cleanly without astringency, finishing with a moderate bitter edge that remains refreshing rather than harsh.

◑ Abgang

A medium-length finish with lingering citrus and tropical notes that fade gradually into a dry, slightly bitter aftertaste. The beer's low alcohol and restrained body allow the finish to feel light and refreshing rather than weighty.
