The body reads full and substantial, with a slow carbonation rate that conveys weight without aggressive bubbling.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with assertive pine and resinous hop character from Chinook and Mosaic, layered over bright grapefruit citrus. Beneath this lies a foundational roasted malt base with notes of dark chocolate and roasted berries, giving the aroma considerable depth and complexity. A subtle fruitiness emerges in the background, creating a well-integrated balance between aggressive hop aromatics and restrained malt complexity.

The palate enters with pronounced roasted character and full body, followed quickly by a wave of piney, resinous hop bitterness that commands the mid-palate without overwhelming it.
