Libertas presents a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, producing steady streams of bubbles that create delicate lacing as the glass empties. The visual character reflects its refreshing, approachable nature.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with tropical stone-fruit aromatics, particularly soft peach and ripe citrus notes that sit above a clean Edelhopfen presence. The Malz base remains understated, offering a light, neutral support that allows the hop-derived fruit to take center stage. There is no yeast phenolic character—only fruit-forward clarity.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with gentle tropical and citrus notes that carry the mid-palate momentum without heaviness. A moderate hop bitterness (38 IBU) provides structure and a crisp finish, while the 7% alcohol remains warmly integrated but deliberately restrained. The Malz backbone is lean and clean, letting fruit and hop expression dominate throughout.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and comparatively short, with a lingering citrus dryness that invites another sip. No astringency or sharp edges remain—only a refreshing, gently bitter fade.
