Space Probe Orange

◎ Aussehen

A pale, luminous orange hue dominates the glass, achieved through substantial citrus adjunct additions. The beer presents excellent clarity with fine, persistent carbonation that builds a delicate white head. Tight Schaumhaftung clings to the sides, leaving a clean track as you drink.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with fresh orange and tangerine character, supported by soft tropical mango notes that emerge on the second inhale. A gentle creamy sweetness underlies the citrus without dominating, while the clean lactic sourness adds a subtle fermented edge. No aggressive hop or malt presence; the aromatics remain fruit-forward and inviting.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with orange and citrus flavors coating the palate immediately. The mid-palate reveals a balanced creamy mouthfeel that rounds the sharper edges, while dry lactic sourness builds gently without becoming aggressively tart. Bitterness is minimal (10 IBU), allowing the adjuncts and fermentation character to shine; the finish remains clean and food-friendly.

◑ Abgang

The finish is crisp and dry, with lingering orange notes fading into a clean, tart aftertaste. No astringency or cloying residue; the beer concludes with the same brightness it arrived with.
