Pale golden hue with bright clarity and a fine, white head that settles to a thin collar with moderate lacing. Carbonation is visible and steady, characteristic of a well-conditioned lager. The beer presents a clean, inviting visual profile typical of the Pilsner style.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with soft grain and fresh-cut grass, underpinned by the dry, floral character of Saaz hops. A light citrus note lifts the profile—lemon zest rather than tropical fruit. Yeast character remains restrained, allowing the noble hop and malt foundation to dominate without herbaceous aggression.

Entry is clean and malty with a subtle bready sweetness from the barley base, followed by a dry, mineral mid-palate where grass and noble hop bitterness take hold. The 22 IBU bitter finish is crisp and balanced rather than assertive, with a slight herbal edge that lingers without overpowering. The body is light and refreshing throughout.
