Jaira IPA presents a bright golden-amber hue characteristic of the style, with excellent clarity that allows light to pass through with ease. The head forms a substantial crown of white foam with fine, persistent lacing that clings to the glass. Carbonation appears lively without excess, supporting a clean visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with a pronounced American hop character—bright citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine dominate, complemented by subtle floral undertones that suggest a touch of herbal spice. Beneath the hops lies a restrained pale malt base with a light, crisp mineral quality that reflects the beer's volcanic origin. The overall impression is fresh and inviting without overwhelming alcohol vapors.

◐ Geschmack

Jaira IPA enters the palate with a clean, citrus-forward attack that showcases the American hop profile in full clarity. The mid-palate develops a balanced bitterness around 60 IBU—assertive but not harsh—while maintaining the fruity, herbal hop character throughout. A light minerality lingers beneath, creating structure without heaviness, and the relatively modest 6% ABV keeps the beer refreshingly drinkable from start to finish.

The finish is crisp and dry, with hop bitterness and citrus notes fading cleanly into a mineral-dry aftertaste. The beer leaves the palate refreshed rather than cloying, inviting another sip.
