KI-generiertes Sensorikprofil für Wesco IPA

◎ Aussehen

Wesco IPA presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright light transmittance. The head forms with good initial density and maintains a thin, persistent collar of fine bubbles along the glass. Carbonation is brisk and even, creating a gentle stream of fine bubbles that sustains the head's delicate lacing.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced piney and resinous notes that dominate the aromatic profile, characteristic of the Centennial and Chinook hop blend. Supporting the pine are bright citrus and subtle tropical fruit undertones, with a clean, fresh quality that avoids any stale or oxidative character. The foundation remains lean, allowing the hop character to express itself without substantial malt sweetness.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp with immediate hop bitterness that integrates smoothly across the palate. Mid-palate develops the resinous, piney character with lingering citrus notes and a dry, slightly mineral quality that prevents any cloying sweetness. The 71 IBU bitterness is firm but balanced, resolving into a clean, gripping finish without harshness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and enduring, with pine and resin lingering on the palate for several minutes. A subtle bitter edge persists without becoming astringent, leaving the mouth refreshed and ready for another sip.
