Pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and bright transparency. A modest white head forms and disperses quickly, leaving minimal lacing on the glass. Fine carbonation visible as steady streams of small bubbles rising through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose is subtle and restrained, leading with soft grain and a light bready note from the pale Malz bill. Minimal hop character emerges—clean and neutral rather than aromatic. No yeast esters or adjunct notes detectable; the overall impression is mellow and straightforward.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and light, with a thin malt backbone offering gentle grain sweetness and a faint toast note. The mid-palate remains dry and smooth-drinking, with restrained bittering (11 IBU) providing just enough definition without assertiveness. The finish is short and clean, drying quickly on the palate.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste fades rapidly, leaving only a whisper of grain and a bone-dry sensation. Refreshing rather than lingering, with no bitter residue or malt sweetness to carry forward.
