Deep ruby-garnet color with opaque body and moderate carbonation. A substantial tan head forms and clings to the glass with steady retention, leaving persistent lacing on the walls. The dense, structured foam reflects the beer's full-bodied character.

◌ Aroma

Complex malt-forward nose with pronounced roasted grain and dark fruit notes—plum and dried cherry dominate. Warm caramel sweetness and subtle toasted complexity emerge beneath, with a gentle alcohol presence that integrates rather than dominates. No hop aroma to speak of; the character is entirely malt-driven.

◐ Geschmack

Rich, warming palate opens with roasted malt and dark fruit—plum and raisin—balanced by gentle caramel and chocolate notes. The 10.5% ABV is present but smooth, with moderate bitterness (25 IBU) providing structure without aggression. Full body carries these flavors through the mid-palate with a malty, slightly boozy finish.

Extended, warming finish with lingering roasted grain and dark fruit character. The alcohol heat provides gentle spice that persists gently into the aftertaste.
