Gilda displays a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright visual presence. The head forms quickly and maintains good adhesion to the glass walls, signaling proper carbonation and protein balance. The beer presents a lively, effervescent character typical of well-crafted American IPAs.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes—particularly grapefruit and orange zest—layered beneath soft stone fruit character. Peach and cantaloupe emerge from the Mosaic and Citra blend, creating a summery, fruit-forward impression. A subtle herbal undertone and gentle floral hints from Cashmere and Ekuanot complete the aromatic profile without overwhelming.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and approachable, with immediate peach and tropical fruit character balancing moderate malt sweetness. Mid-palate develops layered citrus and cantaloupe notes, with a 60 IBU bitterness that remains measured and integrated rather than harsh. The beer's 6% ABV keeps the palate light and refreshing, allowing hop complexity to shine without heaviness.

The finish is crisp and clean, with lingering citrus and peach notes fading gracefully into a dry, refreshing aftertaste. No astringency or rough edges remain—only a pleasant, inviting dryness that encourages another sip.
