A bright golden amber hue with excellent clarity and a resilient white head. The beer displays strong lacing that clings to the glass with each sip, and fine carbonation creates a steady stream of bubbles that sustains the foam structure throughout the drinking experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with assertive citrus notes—grapefruit and orange peel—layered atop a pronounced floral character from the Earl Grey infusion. Bergamot and a subtle herbal complexity emerge as the beer warms, while restrained Edelpilz hop character adds depth without overwhelming the delicate tea integration.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters smooth and refreshing, with bright citrus flavors immediately apparent. The mid-palate reveals balanced bitterness around 60 IBU, where the Edelpilz hops meet the tannic dry finish of the Earl Grey. Malt sweetness remains restrained, allowing the hop-tea interplay to dominate without harshness.

A clean, lingering finish marked by lingering bitterness and the subtle astringency of bergamot and tea tannins. The aftertaste remains crisp and dry, with no cloying sweetness, inviting another sip.
