The head is compact and persistent, with moderate lacing that clings to the glass. Carbonation is lively and visible, sustaining the beer's inviting, textured presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose bursts with pungent citrus and bright tropical fruit notes—orange zest and grapefruit pith dominate, layered with subtle stone fruit and resinous Edelhopfen character from repeated Citra additions. Underneath, a whisper of light Malz sweetness provides ballast without obscuring the hop-forward profile. There is no yeast-derived fruitiness; this is purely varietal and resinous hop expression.

Entry is smooth and juicy, with immediate citrus and stone fruit flavors that coat the palate without harshness. The mid-palate sustains the tropical and orange character while a measured bitterness—40 IBUs distributed evenly—builds steadily without becoming sharp or fatiguing. The low 5% ABV keeps the body light and crisp, allowing each hop note to register cleanly without alcohol warmth.
