The carbonation is evident in a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the body. The beer's light colour (8 SRM) allows the clarity and luminosity to shine through.

The nose opens with assertive Edelhopfen character: citrus notes from Amarillo hop meld with earthy, piney undertones from Mount Hood and Golding. Pale Maris Otter malt provides a subtle sweet baseline without dominating. The aroma is crisp and inviting, with no yeast-driven esters clouding the hop profile.

The palate enters sharp and refreshing, with pronounced citrus and pine hop flavours building through the mid-palate. Pale Maris Otter malt delivers a clean, slightly sweet backbone that balances the 60 IBU bitterness without softness. The finish turns decidedly bitter, with a dry, peppery quality that lingers persistently.

The bitter finish is long and uncompromising, with lingering resinous and pine notes that sustain well into the aftertaste. There is no sweetness to soften the close, leaving the drinker with a thoroughly dry mouth and a thirst-quenching sensation.
