Pornstar & Martini

◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with exceptional clarity and a delicate, fine-bubbled head that settles to a thin ring. The carbonation is present but restrained, lending a soft, approachable visual presence. Light catches the glass with a translucent glow characteristic of a well-balanced gose.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright passion fruit and lime zest, immediately tropical and inviting. Beneath sits a subtle vanilla sweetness that rounds the aromatic profile without overwhelming the citrus. A gentle saltiness threads through, grounding the fruit and hinting at the beer's gose character.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and tart, with the sour character of the style balanced by the sweetness of passion fruit and a whisper of vanilla. The mid-palate remains soft and approachable, the salt playing a structural role rather than dominating. Residual fruit and spice linger without bitterness, the overall impression one of refined drinkability and cocktail-like elegance.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and relatively brief, fading to a gentle citrus-salt fade. No harshness or astringency; the aftertaste remains refreshing and approachable, inviting another sip.
