Bright Eyes presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a light, fine-bubbled head that settles quickly but leaves delicate lacing on the glass. The carbonation is assertive yet controlled, creating a crisp visual impression typical of well-executed pale ales at lower ABV.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with inviting tropical fruit notes—ripe mango and passion fruit—layered with bright citrus zest. Beneath these fruity aromatics lies a soft, rounded Edelhopfen character with subtle white stone fruit undertones, while the low alcohol allows the delicate hop profile to shine without any harsh alcohol burn.

◐ Geschmack

The palate follows through on the nose with pronounced tropical and citrus flavors balanced against a gentle, malty sweetness that prevents the beer from becoming thin or austere. Bitterness arrives in the mid-palate at a moderate level (38 IBU), providing structure without overshadowing the fruity character. The mouthfeel is smooth and rounded, refreshing without any sharp edges.

The finish is clean and medium in length, with citrus and peach notes lingering pleasantly before fading. The low alcohol ensures a dry, crisp conclusion that invites another sip.
