◎ Aussehen

A pale golden brew with bright, translucent clarity and a fine white head that settles to a thin collar. The carbonation is moderate and persistent, creating gentle streams of bubbles that leave delicate lacing on the glass as the beer recedes.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant bitter orange peel and candied citrus notes, followed by subtle warm spice reminiscent of cinnamon and clove. Beneath these fruit-forward impressions, oak and vanilla from the bourbon-whiskey cask maturation emerge as supporting layers, adding depth without overshadowing the citrus character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with bright, juicy orange and grapefruit notes that build into a dry, slightly spiced mid-palate. The 20 IBU provide a restrained bitterness that balances the fruit's sweetness; oak tannins add structure and subtle drying, while the 8.42% ABV brings a gentle warming presence without heat or harshness.

The finish is medium in length, with lingering orange and a warming bourbon-influenced fade that extends into the aftertaste. A subtle drying sensation persists, leaving the palate clean yet marked by the memory of oak and whiskey influence.
