The dense tan head settles to a thin collar, demonstrating solid Schaumhaftung that clings to the glass in fine lacing. Carbonation is moderate and even, befitting the style's smooth character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with toasted bread crust and soft chocolate undertones, underpinned by the earthy, melanoidin-rich character of Munich Malz. A whisper of caramel sweetness emerges beneath, while the overall profile remains clean and free of phenolic or sulfurous notes. Noble hop presence is restrained, allowing the malt foundation to dominate.

The palate opens with a malty, full-bodied entry that builds gently through the mid-palate with biscuit and roasted grain depth. Chocolate and bread notes provide textural complexity without heaviness, while 22 IBU of bittering hops deliver gentle restraint. The finish remains dry and balanced, never cloying, with lager yeast cleanliness throughout.
