Pale straw yellow with exceptional clarity and a delicate, short-lived white head that recedes gradually. Fine carbonation creates a gentle effervescence throughout the glass. The hue reflects the beer's light body and minimal grain bill typical of the Saison style.

◌ Aroma

Berry fruit dominates the nose, with distinct raspberry and blackberry notes complemented by creamy vanilla and tonka bean undertones. The aromatics are inviting without aggression, suggesting both orchard fruit and subtle pastry sweetness. Hop character remains restrained, allowing the adjuncts to lead.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens bright and tart, with berry acidity front and center before a wave of smooth, dessert-like sweetness emerges mid-palate. Tonka bean and vanilla provide creamy body and custard-like richness. The 28 IBU bitterness arrives late but measured, never overwhelming the delicate fruit character and lingering sweetness.

The finish extends with a soft, lingering sweetness underscored by gentle tartness. A creamy mouthfeel persists without heaviness, leaving berry and vanilla notes in the aftertaste.

Bei 8–12°C servieren. Saison ist erfrischend aber komplex — kalt funktioniert, aber etwas wärmer zeigt den Farmhouse-Charakter.
