Diamond Vortex

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced citrus and lime notes from the Citra hop, immediately joined by white grape and subtle tropical fruit character from Nelson Sauvin. Beneath the hoppy profile sits a clean, understated malt foundation that provides gentle breadth without asserting itself. The overall aromatic impression is bright and grassy rather than resinous, with no harsh or oxidative edges.

◐ Geschmack

The palate entry is crisp and refreshing, with pronounced hop-driven citrus and stone fruit flavors that immediately establish the beer's character. Mid-palate maintains dry, lemony bitterness (35 IBU) without becoming sharp or overly aggressive; the clean lager base provides a smooth, light body that supports rather than competes with the hops. Hop flavor remains the dominant note through the middle, yet the overall impression stays balanced and drinkable rather than punishing.

◑ Abgang

The finish is notably smooth and easy, with the bitterness fading to a clean, dry aftertaste rather than lingering harshly. A faint white grape note persists on the back of the palate, leaving a refreshing impression that invites another sip.
