Pale gold to light amber in the glass, with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the walls. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, suggesting a beer built for complexity rather than aggression.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—orange zest and grapefruit—layered over a resinous pine backbone that speaks to the continuous hopping process. Underneath, subtle caramel malt warmth and a touch of herbal spice provide foundation without overshadowing the hop expression.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a bold citrus and piney hop bite, then transitions into a full-bodied middle where rich caramel malt and slight orange character balance the bitterness. The 80 IBU of bitterness builds gradually rather than striking harshly, creating a fierce yet harmonious interplay between hop and grain.

◑ Abgang

The finish is long and warming, with a dry, lingering bitterness and a subtle alcohol warmth that underscores the 9% ABV without becoming harsh. A faint orange note persists in the aftertaste, inviting another sip.
