A pale golden hue with bright clarity and lively carbonation. The head forms quickly but settles to a thin, persistent collar with modest lacing. The beer presents a clean, inviting visual profile typical of the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe fruit and citrus—stone fruit and orange peel dominate the foreground. Beneath lies a herbaceous, earthy hop character that grounds the profile. A light, clean malt base supports without asserting itself, allowing the hop aromatics to remain the focal point.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens bright and fruity, with citrus and orchard notes taking the lead. Herbal and slightly piney hop bitterness emerges in the mid-palate at a restrained 19 IBU—present but never aggressive. The malt backbone remains lean and clean, offering minimal sweetness and allowing the hop character to shine throughout.

The finish turns tart and slightly peppery, providing grip and a welcome sense of structure where the low alcohol might otherwise leave the beer feeling hollow. A lingering herbal bitterness and light citrus fade cleanly.
