Pivovar Ovipistán
Pivovar Ovipistán is the national brewery of the Republic of Ovipistán, which began in eastern Bohemia and later put down roots in the village of Ledce. There an old, defunct village inn in the Ledce pine forests became its export brewery. A 10-hectolitre three-vessel brewhouse with open fermenters and lager tanks makes mostly bitter, bottom-fermented beers from Czech Klusáček and German Weyermann malt, Žatec hops and water from the Litá spring.
