Lucky Saint
Lucky Saint began with founder Luke asking whether alcohol-free beer could match the experience of a full-strength one. After two years and six breweries he found his answer in Bavaria, where the brewmaster showed him a classic lager, brewed for six weeks and left unfiltered. The name pairs luck with a wry nod to the virtue of not drinking, and a golden ladybird, a centuries-old sign of good luck, adorns every bottle. That lager reached the market in 2018, the beer went on draught in January 2020, and in 2023 the brand opened its own pub in Marylebone. The lager is made in Germany; the Hazy IPA is brewed in the UK.

How we measure this
Two thresholds are at work here:
- The signature list shows notes that recur in at least 6% of this brewery's beers. A low bar — enough to flag a pattern, not high enough to call it an exclusive trait.
- The peer comparison below shows only notes where this brewery's coverage differs from similar breweries by at least 20 percentage points. A higher bar — enough to call a real difference, not a nudge.
A note can appear on the signature list without appearing in the peer comparison: it recurs here, but similar breweries do the same thing.
