Founded in 2011 by four friends — Eneko Neira, Txus Cabrera, Sergio Valiente, and Aingeru del Campo. The name 'Laugar' means 'four beers' in Basque. After brewing for local Bilbao bars they attended Borefts festival in 2013; opened their own brewery in Gordexola in 2014. Gold Medal Mondial de la Bière 2016 Montreal (Braskadi).
