Hopfenfänger
Hopfenfänger started in 2014 as a start-up, brewing its own recipes as a gypsy brewer in other breweries. Since October 2019 the beers have come from the team's own brewery on the former Kellogg's site in Bremen's Überseestadt, part of the Überseeinsel urban development. In 2024 a new brewing plant went into operation in the newly built Reislager building, with a new brewhouse restaurant next door; the beer garden sits on the Weser, and part of the hops grow nearby at the Gemüsewerft.
