Rising demand pushed production out of the old town in the 1980s to a brewery in Köln-Feldkassel, while the historic Brauhaus Früh am Dom remains the company's public face. Früh first bottled its Kölsch in 1969 and has carried the Slow Brewing seal since 2014.
