Braustolz
Braustolz is a Saxon specialty brand rooted in the Kappelbachtal near Chemnitz, where Friedrich August Kupfer registered his brewing trade on 19 March 1868. The address is still Am Feldschlößchen in Chemnitz. For generations its beers have gone to the inns and taverns of the region, from Pilsner, Spezial and Landbier to Schwarzbier, with the Kappler line led by Braumeister. Since 1991 the house has belonged to the Kulmbacher Group.
