The brewhouse stands in the back of the guest room, so guests can watch the brewer at work, and the interior deliberately avoids the traditional brewhouse look. The core product is Kürzer Alt, a Düsseldorf altbier that is also sold in regional drinks shops. A second site in Flingern, combining production with a taproom, has added a range of specialty beers on tap.
