Larry presents a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a fluffy white head that settles to a thin, persistent collar. The foam shows good adhesion to the glass, leaving delicate lacing with each sip. Carbonation is evident and well-integrated, contributing to the beer's inviting visual character.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately welcoming, led by bright tropical stone fruit notes—passionfruit, pineapple and mango dominate the profile. A secondary layer of lemony citrus adds definition, while a faint herbal character provides subtle complexity. Beneath these fruity elements sits a soft, sherbet-like sweetness with clean hop character.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with the same tropical fruit character found on the nose, establishing a fruit-forward entry with light to medium body. Mid-palate develops a citric snap balanced by soft Malz sweetness and a subtle herbal thread. Bitterness remains restrained and well-mannered at 25 IBU, never aggressive, allowing the fruit and sweetness to remain the focus throughout.

The finish is soft and slightly sweet, with the tropical notes fading gracefully into a clean aftertaste. A gentle hop residue lingers subtly, maintaining refreshment without astringency.

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.
