Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright transparency. A delicate white head forms on the pour with modest retention and fine lacing that clings to the glass. Lively carbonation rises steadily in the body, lending an inviting visual effervescence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with soft, biscuity malt notes that evoke fresh bread and gentle grain sweetness. A whisper of floral hop character emerges on the second pass, restrained and refined rather than assertive. Clean fermentation profile allows both components to breathe without any harsh or oxidative notes.

The palate opens with a light, grainy malt backbone that delivers subtle breadiness and a touch of sweetness without any cloying residue. Minimal bitterness—just 18 IBU—provides restraint and balance rather than hop-forward character. The mid-palate remains crisp and bright, allowing the malt's delicate frame to remain the focal point throughout.
