Vietnow
Vietnow is an IPA in which the hops are pushed well to the front. The aroma leads, with strong floral and citrus notes, while the malt side is kept deliberately plain. A portion of crystal rye malt is the one addition, and it brings out the spicy side of the hops. At 5.5% ABV the result is an extremely hoppy beer set against a simple malt backdrop.
