The head retention is moderate, forming a delicate foam that clings to the glass in fine, gossamer strands. Bright carbonation drives a steady stream of bubbles throughout the pour.

The nose is immediately dominated by bright citrus notes—lime zest and pink grapefruit lead, supported by candied mango and tangerine. Beneath these fruit-forward aromas lies a persistent pine resin character from Idaho 7, adding herbal depth and a gentle dank undertone. A light maltiness frames the composition without competing for attention.

Entry is clean and fruity, delivering tropical stone fruit and citrus pith without sharp acidity. The mid-palate develops weight and presence from the Malz and Idaho 7's botanical pine, which builds a structured bitterness around 40 IBU that finishes dry rather than harsh. The interplay between juicy sweetness and resiny bite sustains interest across the palate.
