Tsunami presents a pale golden hue with pronounced turbidity, characteristic of the hazy IPA style. The dense, creamy head clings persistently to the glass, building fine lacing with each sip. Bright carbonation rises steadily through the cloudy body, creating a dynamic visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant tropical fruit — ripe mango, passion fruit, and pineapple leap from the glass, driven by the Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. Citrus notes follow, with bright orange zest and subtle grapefruit peel adding complexity. A delicate floral undertone from the Edelhopfen rounds the aromatic profile without overwhelming the fruit-forward character.

The palate enters soft and approachable, delivering juicy tropical and citrus flavors that immediately engage. Mid-palate reveals layers of stone fruit and a gentle herbal bitterness, well-integrated rather than sharp. The 50 IBUs provide restrained hop bite that complements the bright fruitiness without dominating, while a subtle creamy mouthfeel adds body at 6.5% ABV.
