Blonde Jacoba

Tap to rate

Named after Jacoba of Bavaria, countess of Holland, Zeeland and Hainaut, who by tradition lived at Slot Oostende; it was the brewery's first beer. Grapefruit and other citrus lead, with orange peel, a light sour hint and a little sweetness over malt. The finish turns bitter and tingles on the tongue. A top-fermented blonde at 5% ABV.
