Sennen displays a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, inviting transparency. The head forms quickly and maintains a fine, persistent collar with good lacing retention down the glass. Carbonation is evident and lively, contributing to the beer's crisp visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by vibrant fruit esters and citrus notes from the new-season hops, offering aromas of stone fruit and tropical character. Beneath lies a clean, understated maltiness from the Cornish pale malt base, which provides subtle sweetness without heaviness. The overall impression is zingy and aromatic, with no harsh or vegetal notes.

◐ Taste

Entry is light and crisp, with immediate fruit and citrus flavours from the noble hop selection. The mid-palate remains dry and refreshing, the malt providing just enough body to support the hoppy character without becoming cloying. Bitterness is moderate and well-integrated at 40 IBU, finishing clean rather than astringent.

The finish is short to medium, clean and refreshing with lingering citrus notes. Aftertaste remains dry and pleasant, encouraging another sip.
