Schnaitl Dunkel
Roasted malt, bitter chocolate and cocoa lead the way, with hints of coffee and fine hop aromas; the first sip is caramel-like and nicely malty. The finish brings a hop bitterness that is surprising for this type of beer, hardly sweet, fine-bitter and harmonious, carried by pleasant carbonation and a slim body. Chestnut-brown with a reddish glow, brewed with deep-well water and five Austrian specialty malts; on draught and in bottles since 2006.
