Ježek Šenkovní
Ježek Šenkovní is the lighter side of the Jihlava range: a pale Czech draught lager of 4.2 %, made from water, barley malts and hops. It comes out of a classic four-vessel brewhouse whose copper mash kettle is heated by direct flame, and the wort is made by multi-mash decoction, the most common method in Czechia and Bavaria.
