Tarka Pure
Lemon and herbs on the nose, with the depth of a cold-fermented, well-matured lager. Tarka Pure ferments cold for two weeks, lagers for four weeks and chills for another week before it is filtered and kegged. It follows the German purity law, using spring water from the head springs of the River Otter, and was made for pubs across the South West. At 4.8% it is the stronger sibling of Tarka Four.

Style guide · what to expect · how to find alternatives
What is a Pale Lager?
Euro Pale Lagers are clean, refreshing lagers with 4–5.5% ABV and IBU 10–25. Soft malt sweetness, light hop bitterness and high carbonation make them supremely drinkable.
Finding a similar Pale Lager
hopIQ matches by flavor profile — not just style label. A beer with the same herbal, citrusy, clean character as Tarka Pure will score highly even if brewed in a different country or under a different sub-style name.
